Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times We ship to 29 countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Europe: 5–10 business days
• United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Priority Express Delivery Express delivery is available at checkout for faster dispatch and reduced transit times. Delivery estimates will be shown at checkout.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
